From the Adult Minister
Our adult ministry is a vibrant and vital program designed to provide
our church adults with the tools and resources they need to live
Christ-centered lives filled with joy and accomplishment.
We
believe that every member of our church is a minister of the Lord.
Each of us has talents and interests that make us unique creations. We
believe that God created each of us to serve a specific purpose within
God’s great plan for redemption. Our adult ministry is focused on
helping each of us recognize and develop those giftings – and learn how
to use our giftings to fulfill our God-given purpose while on this
earth.
As Adult Pastor, I encourage you to get involved in our
myriad programs. Our planning group meets every Sunday at 6 pm in the
Community Center. All are welcome to join us then.
Adult Ministry
Our adult ministry features three main areas of focus.
Bible Study
Every Sunday morning at 9:30, please join us for a series of stimulating studies of Bible topics. Our leaders use videos, audios and training materials to explore the richness of God’s Word – and its influence on our every day lives.
Topics cycle about every six weeks, but newcomers are encouraged to drop by on any Sunday. We promise an hour of time well spent.
Community Outreach
Our adult ministry maintains a food pantry and a recycled clothing outlet to server the needs of those in our community who have run into hard times. We are in constant need of volunteers to staff the facilities as well as donations of non-perishable food items and serviceable clothing items. Please contact the church office for a volunteering details.
Marriage Encounter
One of our most successful programs, Marriage Encounter is a Christ-centered relationship workshop during which couples learn to communicate, negotiate and support each other according to Biblical principles. We sponsor weekend workshops every quarter. Sessions are normally held at area retreats.

Singles
We sponsor a host of activities designed to provide fellowship among our non-married members and guests. Our Singles Group meets every Sunday, right after the conclusion of worship service. Please join us as we serve the Lord and enjoy each other.
